The Flyctory.com Country Music Playlists

The more Flyctory.com developed towards a music website as well, the more I thought about how to share music with you. This especially applies to country music, which is still not too strongly supported in Germany and in other parts of Europe in the media. Thus, I decided to start a country music playlist, containing of 60 songs soon. The idea is not just to promote the Nashville big ones, but also young artists. Of course, there will also be a certain focus on the Flyctory.com Featured Artists (as long as they are country musicians).

During the last years, I more and more moved from Amazon Music To Spotify. So far, I will maintain the playlist in parallel on both platforms. The full list of songs currently in the playlist is below. The current update policy is that eight new songs are added every weekend, typically on Monday early mornings.

I am currently unable to update my New Country Songs Playlists. Details can be found here.

I decided to maintain and archive my update log entries during the last weeks. If you are interested, just dare a look to my updated comments in the Flyctory.com Country Music Playlist Log Archive.

Country Music Playlist Update Log (27th April 2026)

I am currently facing quite busy times with a lot of traveling. However, there are some interesting events, professionally and on the Flyctory.com side. A highlight this week has – obviously – been my annual trip to the Swedish Floorball Finals in Stockholm. I wanted to do more sightseeing on this trip, but finally my health situation is simply not allowing me doing so. On the country music side, quite a lot of interesting news and new music came up. Here are my ten song picks of the week.

  • Born to Die by Shaboozey

Shaboozey has become a globally known artist. His new song released this week feels a bit Tipsy as well. Maybe he can break the charts again? His big song comes with 1.6 billion streams already – on Spotify only.

  • Grass by Charlie Worsham

There are a couple of songs I picked this time, which come with a unique signature sound. Who would be better in that category than Charlie Worsham? I really like his Grass.

  • Home for the Summer by Austin Jenckes

I’m so proud of Austin Jenckes. He was already scheduled to support Corey Kent on his German date. Now, Semmel Concerts announced that he will support Christopher Cross as well. Shows start next week. I am sure it will be amazing! I chose one of his more powerful tracks.

  • Barstool Confession by Mark Ledlin

Barstool Confession is the title track of the new album by Mark Ledlin. I had a deeper listen and really liked the album – just did not have the time for a full review. Nonetheless, he just had to make it into the playlist.

  • Life Is Good by 2 Lane Summer

2 Lane summer are a country music duo, consisting of Joe Hanson Chris Ray. They had their first single release in 2023. After some EPs, they released their debut album Flawless this week. I went for the song Life Is Good.

  • A Break by Ann Doka

This week, I had two country music album reviews. One of them is Red Lines by the German country-pop artist Ann Doka. I absolutely like the stuff she is doing. Here is my favorite track.

  • 5th Of July by Jackson Dean

The other country music review is Magnolia Sage by Jackson Dean. We love him here in Germany. And I really like his new album. This song comes with beautiful storytelling.

  • I Can’t Love You Anymore by Ella Langley & Morgan Wallen

Ella Langley is likely the current focus artist in female country music. This week, she released a new song alongside another big name of the genre, Morgan Wallen. It is just too hard skipping her with this one.

  • All That’s Left Is Me by Zandi Holup

Sound of Nashville surprised the German country music scene this week. The Sound of Nashville Open Air in Cologne 2026 does not only move away from the The Long Road Festival, it also reduces to one day in September. Together with Larry Fleet’s announcement to cancel his European tour, a quite worrying thing. Nonetheless, I look forward to the festival – and especially to Zandi Holup. Thus, she is in my playlist with a classic this week. Details are in my Tour Date Overview.

  • Campdraft Queen by Mack Geiger

Mack Geiger is an upcoming Australian country singer-songwriter. This week, he released Campdraft Queen, his third single release overall. I absolutely like it!

The following ten songs have been released from the playlist this week:

  • Made For This by Casey Barnes
  • Maybe You’re The One by Kasey Tyndall feat. Pop Evil
  • Wasn’t Thinking by Ryan and Rory
  • College by Koe Wetzel
  • Levee by Kip Moore
  • In The Feeling by Owen Riegling
  • Broken Record by Adam Doleac
  • Loving Life Again by Ella Langley
  • Love Is Blind by Ian Munsick
  • She’s So Gone by Dasha
