I am writing this post from Abu Dhabi Airport (AUH), I will likely publish it from Doha (DOH). A cool with many new impressions and new people is slowly coming to an end. My highlight was definitely Doha Airport (DOH) and the amazing Al Safwa First Class lounge (reviews to follow) as well as my First Class train ride with the Indonesian high speed rail Whoosh. Let’s take high speed into new song releases of this week.
Stia – Fight4Me
Stia is a 15 year old artist, whose civil name is Stella. She is a German artist from the Saarland State. This week, she is leading my episode of the Songs of the Week with a really lovely pop-rock track.
Felin – Riot
Felin is a punk rock artist from Sweden. After doing quite some touring, she released a new single this week – cool rock power with some Swedish pop flavor. Let’s start a riot with her!
Anna-Sophie – Summer of 2018
My release radar of this week starts with a lot of girl power. Anna-Sophie is an Austrian pop-rock artist. In the Summer of 2018, she is reminding of the time right after leaving school. Great song by the artist from Southern Styria, who released her debut album in 2023.
Luna Morgenstern – Miss u
Luna Morgensterns new song Miss u teases two important events in her career. First of all, the song teases her EP Heartbreak Hotel, which will be released in January 2025. After that, Luna was born in Cologne, Germany, but is now residing in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Nice alternative pop sound.
Seiler und Seiler – Irgendwie
The Austrian band is planning a huge show in Vienna in summer 2025. Before that, they are touring – you find the dates in my tour date overview. This week, though, they heat up their fans with this great song.
Revelle – Lieb Dich, Hass Dich
The title of Revelle’s new single translates to “Love me, hate me”. The song is a typical modern German (language) pop track. Her second studio album is expected to be released in early 2025. Lovely track by the artist from Vienna.
Milow – Crazy For You
Whenever there is a new song by the Belgian artist Milow, there is a good chance that it pops up on Flyctory.com. So does this week’s new one, Crazy For You. The song is a really appetizer for his February 2025 record release, Boy Made Out of Stars.
Fred Roberts – Get It Over With
Fred Roberts is an upcoming artist from Great Britain. He earned some fame when he participated in The X Factor. The Band in 2019. This week, he released Get It Over With – a catchy track with good guitar work.
Niklas Dee & A7S – Smile Boy
German DJ Niklas Dee and Swedish producer A7S joined forces for this week’s Smile Boy. A typical dance pop song, which is having a nice touch. Enjoy dancing to it.
The Wombats – Sorry I’m Late, I Didn’t Want To Come
The musical marsupials are another act from the United Kingdom I feature this week. The song is a really nice indie / alternative listen. Cool sound!
Roxton – Heavy
The list of new releases started with pop-rock and it takes an even more rocking finale. Max Roxton and his band are an act from Munich. The band had some shuffles in its line-up, now it is time to push for success with their crossover metal sound.
