In addition to the non-Schengen services at Terminal 1, Terminal 2 of Prague Airport (PRG) offers two lounge options. I had a flight with Eurowings from the Czech capital to Dusseldorf (DUS) in January 2025. As they are contracted with the Erste Premier Lounge, I was looking forward to that new lounge experience to me. Here is my review of the visit.

 

Erste Premier Lounge PRG – Location & Access

Die lounge is located on the upper level of Terminal 2. The airport-driven Fast Track Lounge is near it. You reach the lounge from taking stairs or the elevator right opposite of gate D2. The location is just a short walk away after leaving the central duty-free shop.

The lounge is opening daily from 5:00 to 22:00. It is contracted with several airlines. These of course are practically solely carriers (also) offering flights to Schengen countries. The Erste Premier Lounge also accepts lounge passes like Priority Pass. It is also free of charge for premium card users of the bank. The buy-in to the lounge is 860 CZK, roughly 34 EUR at the time of writing. It grants an two hour visit.

 

Erste Premier Lounge PRG – Atmosphere

The lounge consists of two wings with a reception desk in the middle, Architecturally, they do not differ too much, with a variety of seats on both sides. The left wing does offer alcohol and a slightly obstructed runway view, while the right wing has the food buffet and a small playing area for kids. Both sides offer soft drinks. I liked the design as such, as it grants quite a lot of privacy to the traveler, compared to other lounges.

 

Erste Premier Lounge PRG – Food & Drink

I really liked the food buffet at the Erste Premier Lounge in Prague. There was a selection of warm dishes, including two kinds of soup, which looked very tasty. I just went for some Czech bread, as the lounge offered a variety of dips to it. I really liked that idea. There were also cold huts, some salad, cake and some sweet delights during my stay.

On the drinks side, there is some wine and quite a lot of bottled beer on the left wing. This also holds a few spirits. The right wing also offers a cooler with different kinds of juices.

 

Erste Premier Lounge PRG – Services

Check-in into the lounge has been friendly and efficient.The lounge offers an own WiFi hot spot. This one worked much faster and more reliable than the free internet provided by the airport. The lounge has designated toilets and even showers.

 

Erste Premier Lounge PRG – My View

I was quite impressed by the Erste Premier Lounge at Terminal 2 of Prague Airport (PRG). Especially based on that the Prague airport is not a key air travel hub in Europe, the design and service has been a really nice surprise to me. I would definitely recommend it.
