Flyctory.com Cons

  • Rather small / capacity

Before flying with Southwest Airlines from Las Vegas (LAS) to Albuquerque (ABQ) in December 2025, I had the opportunity to check out a new lounge. Chase had opened their Sapphire Lounge by The Club there just a few weeks earlier. I wasn’t aware of that, but the more felt privileged to visit the place. Here is my review.

Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club Las Vegas Airport (LAS) – Location & Access

The Lounge is located at the C-Gates of Terminal 1 at Las Vegas Airport (LAS). Gate C25 is nearby.

Opening times are 4:30 to 23:00 daily. The lounge is majorly serving eligable customers of the US bank, i.e. majorly the Chase Sapphire Reserve Card (personal and business version). There are also other credit cards, which come with the same benefits. However, the lounge also accepts the Priority Pass. We had a smooth access for our stay at a Sunday morning 8:45 flight. However, when we left the lounge, there was already a minor line in front of it.

Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club Las Vegas Airport (LAS) – Atmosphere

The Chase Sapphire Lounge has two levels. The upper level features the reception and a small champagne and margarita desk. These facilities are on gate level. From there, you either take the elevator or stairs down to the main room. The large bar area is the most catching element of the lounge, with a library-style cozy section right opposite. Most of the other seats are in bistro / restaurant style. However, there is also a sofa-style corner next to the staircase. The lounge is not overwhelmingly large, but impresses with a nice style.

Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club Las Vegas Airport (LAS) – Food & Drink

The rear section of the lounge features the buffet. Thereby, Chase offers a couple of ready-made meals, offered on individual plates. Other items like fruit or bread items are offered in a rather traditional buffet style. However, you can also order food via the lounge WiFi. We had a bagel with truffle cream cheese, which was amazing. My wife also had a spicy avoicado sandwich, was was a beautiful and delicious treat. Overall, the food quality at the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club was absolutely amazing. We just went for typical breakfast drinks like coffee, so that we did not check out the lounge. The drink selection looked very nice, though, as well.

Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club Las Vegas Airport (LAS) – Services

The Chase Lounge provides WiFi. Especially as the mobile network reception in the basement room is not ideal, this is very helpful. You need to allow location services on your mobile to order via WiFi. The staff in the lounge was absolutely lovely. This also included the janitor of the bathrooms. These even provide basic amenities like toothbrushes.

Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club Las Vegas Airport (LAS) – My View

Wow, that was an absolutely breathtaking lounge experience. The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club is close to the finest lounge locations like the Lufthansa First Class Terminal in Frankfurt (FRA). I loved the intimate style, even though there is a bit of a lack of privacy due to the limited space. The quality of food and service is top notch. The lounge is definitely an upgrade to Las Vegas Airport (LAS) and the Priority Pass portfolio.
