The last match-up of the day at the Swiss Mobiliar Cup Finals was HC Rychenberg Winterthur vs. Floorball Thurgau. The two men’s team have battled through the play-off rounds to clash in Kriens. Similar to the 2025 edition, there would be a German cheering at the end. While the Rychenberg lineup featured Niklas Rutz and Michel Wöcke, Thurgau’s bench had Svenja Zell, the former German National Team goalkeeper.
This posting comes with a section of 620 major size pictures in the sports galleries. Due to health issues, there are just brief match facts and not a full match report.
HC Rychenberg – Floorball Thurgau – Match Facts
4,060 spectators saw this last match in Kriens – and they were the unsung heroes of this event. Both teams, Rychenberg and Thurgau, were supported by frenetic fans, which lead to a memorable atmosphere. The match was intense and physical. there were multiple stoppages due to minor injuries. Thurgau had the better start when Aaro Helin scored the only goal in the first period. Johan Larsson was sent off for 2+2 minutes in the 18th minute. Thurgau could not convert it, but raised the lead soon thereafter to 3-0 by two goals within 38 seconds. Especially in the second period, they felt being in control – and even when Levin Conrad gave the Rychenberg crowd hope (31st), they found the right answer by Pablo Mariotti (34th).

The third period was dramatic and thrilling, but neither team could score for a long while. Thus, Rychenberg had to pull Eric Kunz – apart from one goal by Claudio Mutter (56th), they could not come back. Thurgau won 4-2 – and thus, the German smile was on Svenja Zell this time, after Rutz and Wöcke won the cup in 2025.
